My Approach with Clients


Because Referral is the back bone of my business, I strive to exceed all my client’s expectations. That’s why I keep my approach very simple to have them  comfortable working with me.

Working with Owner occupied
My approach with owner occupied (Regular sellers or buyers) is twofold:
I’ll meet with my clients (buyer or seller) wherever they feel comfortable.it can be in their current residence, in my office or even at a local coffee shop.
We go over their plans and their objectives. If the client is a buyer, I will represent him or her to find a suitable property that will fit his/her budget, in the area of his / her choice, within the perimeter of the Washington DC metro are. (MD, VA and DC). I will provide a free home buying process counselling and some relevant housing market updates. We’ll talk about their finances and mortgage qualification etc.
If the client is home seller, I will represent him or her to sell his /her property in short period of time and for a top dollar amount. We’ll go over all the marketing strategies and techniques I will use to get his/her home sold fast and for top dollars. This includes, getting the house ready for the market (clean up, staging curb appeal etc.)

 Working with Investors and Foreign Nationals
Every investor is unique with specific goals. I keep the same transparency approach as I do with owner occupied. But unlike the later, Investors are looking for good deals that will ultimately maximize the return on their investment either in a long or a short term. For this specific reason, I will develop a strategy that will be tailored to fit those unique goals.
