The Transaction Engineer

AI Infrastructure & Private Capital Advisor

Hello and thank you for visiting my website.

My name is Charles Ngansop, though I have been known as Charly since I first started walking in my home village of Bandrefam in the Western Region of Cameroon.

The Foundation: Engineering and Resilience

My journey began in the classroom, where I spent over a decade teaching Electrical Engineering. This shaped my analytical mindset and my passion for how complex systems work. In 2002, I moved to the United States to pursue new horizons, eventually entering the real estate industry in 2006. When the 2007 market crash hit, I mastered the complexities of foreclosure defense and creative financing—turning a crisis into a masterclass in Transaction Engineering.

Author & Educator: The Home Buyer’s Guide

I believe that true leadership requires empowering others with knowledge. To support families navigating the often-complex process of homeownership, I authored and published a comprehensive Home Buyer’s Guide. Available on Amazon in both audio and hard copy, this resource remains a cornerstone of my commitment to financial literacy.

Entrepreneurial Agility:Cleaneroncall.com™

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I identified a pressing need for health and safety in the residential sector. I founded cleaneroncall.com™, providing professional on-demand cleaning services across the DC Metro area. This venture proved my ability to scale service-based infrastructure rapidly in response to global shifts—a core trait of a successful advisor.

The Evolution: AI Infrastructure & Private Capital

As the global economy shifts, I recognized that the “Financing Gap”—particularly for ventures focused on Africa—could no longer be bridged by traditional methods alone. I founded Yomvoo™, LLC to serve as a private capital advisory firm that engineers the future. Today, my focus has evolved into AI Infrastructure, deploying the technological foundations—data centers and agentic AI—that will empower the next generation of global commerce.

Bridging Two Worlds

Whether I am advising institutional investors or architecting sustainable development projects in Bandrefam, my mission is the same: to use my 20+ years of experience to build systems that last.

I don’t just see transactions; I see the infrastructure of the future.
